While the industry has been filled with the chatter of 1 Gbps speed plans, there is no dearth of operators offering plans which come with 100 Mbps speed. While the plans with 1 Gbps speed do sound a lot fancy, the truth with most consumers is that they are not likely to require such high speeds for their day to day usage. With the common usage being streaming of services like Netflix, or even gaming, most broadband users will be better off using connections which offer 100 Mbps sped.
