Generative AI Innovation Center (GenAIIC)

First launched in June 2023, the GenAIIC connects customers with AWS AI/ML scientists and strategy experts, helping companies envision, identify, and develop generative AI solutions.

AWS said the alliance has already helped thousands of customers, including DoorDash, Nasdaq, and the PGA TOUR, in achieving success with generative AI. More than 50 percent of the proof-of-concept solutions developed through the GenAIIC are now in production for customers.

Through the Generative AI Partner Innovation Alliance, customers will have access to a network of systems integrators and consulting firms around the world with proven expertise in generative AI that share in the GenAIIC's proven methodology, AWS said.

Expertise through Global Partnerships

The alliance will initially launch with nine partners that bring industry- and regional-specific expertise, including Booz Allen Hamilton, Crayon, Escala24x7, Megazone Cloud, NCS Group, and Quanitphi.

AWS said it will also engage with system integrators including Caylent, Deloitte, and Rackspace Technology. Collectively, these partners will provide additional resources to scale the number of customers AWS can support with proof-of-concept and production implementations.

This customer-centric strategy has been instrumental in driving success through the GenAIIC," said Sri Elaprolu, global head of the AWS Generative AI Innovation Center, at AWS. "Now with a growing network of partners, we can help more customers harness generative AI to drive innovation, productivity, and hone their competitive advantage."

"Generative AI is revolutionising how businesses operate and deliver value to their customers," said Julia Chen, vice president, Partner Core, AWS. "By combining our partners' deep industry, use case and services expertise with AWS's cutting-edge generative AI tools and proven methodology, we can help scale and accelerate the transformative power of this technology to customers worldwide."
