Airtel today launched its 4G services on dongles, Wi-Fi CPEs (customer premise equipment), Mi-Fi and Wi-Fi dongles in Ambala (City and Cantt.) in Haryana. With this, Haryana becomes 8th circle to get its customers to experience blazing Airtel 4G speeds in India. Customers can now experience the all new ‘electrifying’ internet browsing experience with the Airtel’s 4G home Wi-Fi solutions.

Customers will be able to connect to the fastest ever internet service and enjoy capabilities like high definition video streaming with zero buffering, download 10 movies in less than 30 minutes, upload full holiday albums in less than 5 minutes by uploading 2 high quality photos per second and connect multiple devices without any experience constraint.

Priced at Rs. 2500/-, the home Wi-Fi CPEs has been bundled with a host of affordable 4G plans and are available across select Airtel retail outlets in Ambala. Apart from home broadband, customers can now also enjoy Airtel 4G on dongles, Mi-Fi and Wi-Fi dongles. Special demo zones and kiosks have been installed at Airtel Store at Shop no 180-1/3 Minerva complex Rai Market Ambala Cantt. and newly opened Airtel Store at Ward No.7, Ground Floor, Manali House, Prem Nagar Road, Ambala City. A special pack of Rs. 995/- has also been introduced for heavy data (CPE) users which will offer 10 GB of 4G data.

Earlier in April 2012, Airtel had launched India’s first 4G services in Kolkata. Airtel’s 4G services are now available across India including Bengaluru, Pune, Nasik, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Mangaluru Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Amritsar, Hoshiarpur, Phagwara, Kapurthala, Moga, Bathinda and Patiala. Further, 4G trials have been launched for existing Airtel customers in Hyderabad, Vizag, Chennai and Mumbai.
