Airtel Business, the B2B division of Bharti Airtel, has partnered with global cloud communications company Vonage, a part of Ericsson, to introduce Airtel IQ Business Connect, a device-agnostic unified communications application designed to help enterprises in India simplify customer engagement. Airtel IQ Business Connect is part of Airtel Business's cloud communications offering – Airtel IQ.

Airtel IQ Business Connect Features
According to the company, Airtel IQ Business Connect is a customised multi-channel unified communications application that enables businesses to enrich customer experiences by maintaining consistent, long-lasting engagement while overcoming challenges such as data loss during employee transitions or attrition.
Seamless Communication Across Devices
With the new application, new employees will be equipped to seamlessly maintain continuity in customer communications across a range of devices, including mobile phones, tablets, and laptops, through a single interface, ensuring customer loyalty and retention. Enterprises can adopt the application without needing additional hardware investments, the official release said.
