Aircel, one of the leading telecommunications network in India has come up with yet another offer for this holidays and festive season. The company launches new FRC 83 with exclusive benefits of roaming and low voice call tariffs along with a new data plan of SRC 82 for all the prepaid users.
Aircel customers on their first recharge of Rs. 83 will get enormous benefits of talk time, low call tariffs, and free national incoming roaming and the plan comes with a validity period of 180 days. Aircel claims that this plan will be useful for people travelling during the holiday and festive season. Additionally, customers under this plan can also enjoy 2GB data by further recharging with Rs. 82 SRC. The 2GB of data will be valid for 28 days.
Anupam Vasudev, Chief Marketing Officer, Aircel, said, “Aircel is ready to spice up this festive season with a special offer for its new customers which is not only enormously competitive but also gives customers an affordable holistic solution to their communications needs. New Aircel subscribers at just Rs. 165 will have advantages of long validity, talktime, competitive tariff, incoming roaming free, extended data validity and data offerings per GB. This is by far one of the ‘best value for money’ offers and with this product, we have successfully cemented our place as an innovative brand that always offers ‘extra’ value to its customers.”
Recently, Aircel also introduced new data plans for the users of West Bengal. The operator is currently offering 2GB of 3G data for the users of West Bengal and 1GB of 3G data at juts Rs. 37. Last month, Aircel introduced hourly data pack for the users of Tamil Nadu offering unlimited 3G data for one complete hour at just Rs. 15.
It is worth noting that Aircel is competing with rival operators in terms of data offering, but nowhere comes close to the voice calling space. Besides, due to the increased competition in Indian telecom sector, Aircel agreed for a merger with Anil Ambani-led RComm and the merger is expected to be done by mid-2017, according to an RComm executive.
