Uninor Introduces Super Cool Summer Uninor today introduced a cool new promotional offer in Andhra Pradesh Called as ‘Uninor’s super cool summer offer’ .

This is a customer recharge program – applicable for a period of 10 days starting from May 22 and ending on May 31 2011; Uninor customers stand to win gifts including AC’s and coolers amongst other exciting consumer durables and goodies every day!

As part of Uninor’s super cool summer offer, when Uninor customers recharge with Rs 198 during this 10 day period, they will automatically receive recharge benefits such as 42,000 local seconds and 1,20,000 local Uninor to Uninor seconds .

This is not all, as upon the recharge each customer becomes eligible for a daily lucky draw that has consumer durables such as ACs, Summer Coolers, Microwaves and goodies such as travel bags as its reward.

Select segmented customers also win assured free STD minutes.

ya 20mhz of 2G spectrum is also availabale but DOT and TRAI are in discusion wrt how much should be priced.

GOOD NEWS: DOT HAS SAID THAT ANOTHER 20MHZ OF 3G SPECTRUM IS AVAILABLE FOR SECOND ROUND OF AUCTIONS WHICH CAN AGAIN ACCOMODATE 3-4 OPERATORS. FINANCE MINISTRY IS FORCING DOT TO KEEP THE AUCTIONS SOON AS THE FM IS FACING PROBLEMS WITH FUNDS. SO WE WILL SOON EXPECT 3G AUCTIONS AGAIN.
DOORDARSHAN WILL VACATE 700MHZ SPECTRUM BY DECEMBER 2011 SO WE CAN SEE 4G AUCTIONS TOO

They have to improve coverage. In some areas docomo is collaborating with !dea to give coverage free in home. But not attractive offers. Gonna port to uninor.

i get some datas in telecom talk only!
i’m surfing this website almost one & half year!
docomo aren’t ready to offer the same right now!
but uninor is best!
also uninor needs to improve their towers!

You are right karthik. Now am using Uninor gprs 47rs pack.

This before docomo. Now its speed is very bad. But uninor is gud.

but all my hope is all indians must get 3g
because,
all of them enjoying 3g in some other countries like romania,united states at cheaper rates!

But in Karnataka uninor’s 30day pack costs 90rs with 6GB. for 47rs we get 2.5GB with 15days validity.Speed is really good, I watch online mobile movies without any single buffer!!

airtel 98 2gb (nil/no free sms)
vodafone 98 2gb (nil/no free sms)
aircel 98 UL* (nil/no free sms)
idea 96 2gb (20 rupees talk time in main balance)

videocon 98 5/6gb (some times free talk time & sms)

docomo 48/96 1/6gb (not a clear info)
uninor 47or48 3 gb (free local & national sms for a month)

if you look above the chart
you’ll figure out the things
*airtel,vodafone & aircel aren’t ready to offer anything
*idea credited 20 rupees free balance,but they take 4 hours to activate any kind of gprs pack
*videocon,gprs speed is good but we can’t guess what they do on their offers
*tata docomo is the best cheating company!
check it right now!activate a gprs pack, you’ll be charged one day during the 30 days
suppose if you call customer care they’ll credit the amount that they deducted in your main balance! this is what i experienced,but speed is good in tamilnadu
* uninor is best ! they afford the quality of gprs at lower cost added with free sms too!
uninor is planning to do some new things on their was vas offers!
* bsnl i don’t about bsnl that much,they need to maintain their website like attractive first!

now think whats your opinion on uninor packs?

wow!! thats really cool, no need for spl or extra recharges. It is good for a pserson who uses 198 plan regularly

they giving sms free for a month for top up 100 rupeees
