i think onnet+offnet, so that customer can stay intact, get habit of using such low call rate…
offer is great but, i think handset price shud be reduced.

^^^^^^
Very TRUE.. If you change the handset, the offer will be lost…

Anyway it is only a bundled offer along with this phone.. And that too only up to may 2010.. So up to may 2010 you can not change the sim to other cdma handset or put other TATA sims in this handset or else these handset bundled offer will be lost.. They won’t advertise this but this will happen.. They does this by esn tracking mechanism.. And how about the original pay per call plan(1 Rs for 10 min):10 ps per min.. But off-course in practice the average call charge will be much more than that.. That is what airtel complains about predatory pricing and asking trai to look into their business model..

A little too surprising!!!! Rs. 38 for 200 minutes works out to be 19ps/min which is lower than the maximum interconnect charge. Remains to be confirmed if it is on-net local minutes or on-net+offnet!!!!!!!!!!
