tata docomo has the most pathetic customer service, even worse than government departments. My connection was barred without any explanation and their customer service will not even give a complaint reference. Also the speed is nowhere near what they claim and the connection drops frequently.

Tata Docomo 3G is a TOTALLY MISERABLE EXPERIENCE.

PD : Hiren Trivedi : @PD DOCOMO is always reply same answer to all they don’t do any thing more than this even their 24×7 chat support also close our chat without given proper solution. I am complaining for zero network at my one place and very less network at my home since last 6 months but there is not 1% improvement. DOCOMO is giving lollipop of Tariff to customer and they wisely know what will be user do with their free airtime when there is no network so DOCOMO please don’t reply as I have complained lots of time… Read more »

@Aatif Sumar
do you think it is cheap. Means you will get 3 GB in 780 RS/-
but if you go with bsnl, then in 700/- you will get unlimited. And speed of bsnl is better than docomo. Think again.
