Tata Docomo has launched an interactive GPRS application known as i-channel which will help subscribers to get latest news updates on phone. One can access i-channel by just pushing a dedicated button on the compatible mobile phone. Subscribers can enjoy I channel service for the latest on news, sports, stocks and business news, movies.
i-channel supports about 74 Nokia devices available on both S40 and S60 GPRS enabled devices, to download i-channel application one need to point the mobile browser to Tata Docomo Drive in wap portal and download the application.
When i-Channel application is launched a ticker appears on the handset screen upon clicking i-channel soft key on your phone you can view detailed content on the topic of your interest.I-Channel is subscription based service as an introductory offer Docomo is offering it for free with no data charges in home network.

Docomo gprs is not faster than reliance and surfing charges also extra reliance gives us 50p/1mb and docomo give us 1p/1kb and docomo network is to dummy

We have finally launched our unlimited GPRS plan and we will be introducing it in 2 packages. The first package will be the ‘Rs. 15 GPRS Pack’. This is a pre paid pack wherein a customer can recharge with Rs.15, and thereafter the customer will be allowed to access unlimited data for next 3 days by selecting Docomo internet APN on their handsets. The second package will be the ‘Rs. 95 GPRS Pack’. In this pack, the customer can recharge with Rs. 95, and thereafter the customer will be allowed to access unlimited data for the next 30 days. These packages will be applicable to TATADOCOMO home and roaming network only.

guys now wit the savin wall on the tata docomo website you can actually enter hw much you are spending on your mobile n hw much you can save wit 1p/sec pulse..i was surprised aftr seein the amount that i cn save.. it rounded upto 2000!

My mobile phone (with tata docomo no: 09039460190) had lost on 21 Aug 09 (at 23:15 Hrs) from bhopal railway station…i called up the customer care center to block my SIM so that my SIM could not be misused…i had been treated very badly…i was told that tata customer care will not help me and i just have to chase the retailer…If anything illegical would happened by using my SIM…then who will be responsible…Please take immediate action and block my SIM (with tata docomo no: 09039460190)

You can connect by dialing *99# from the mobile. The user name and the password fields are to be left blank.
Connecting through Bluetooth:
Install the PC suite software.
Pair mobile handset with your PC or Laptop via the Bluetooth program
Click on “Connect to the Internet” icon from the PC Suite programs.
Connecting through Cable:
Install the PC suite software.
Connect mobile handset with your PC or Laptop via the USB cable.
