Paytm is not capable to do special recharge of tata docomo plans. I tried two times and both time did not get the full benefit as per plan. Paytm did only normal top up recharge even after selecting the special recharge option. So please do not use Paytm in case of any special recharges and prefer retailer’s official website to do the same. Because in case of any issue you can not reach to retailer as they will not be responsible if recharge is done through third party website

I am a new customer to PayTM. It is user friendly and good. However you should be careful in choosing the valid and right recharge amount. If you recharged with some invalid offer from the bank, the amount would be returned to the bank within 3 days. In PayTM, it is gone. You can not get refunded as it would go to the Service provider. I lost Rs.32/- with Tatadocomo. If recharged with 30/- or 40/- it is success and very easy. First time users be careful otherwise the service is good.

I would suggest every body not to use pay TM. The main motive of the company to make money. No service
I have recharged my tata photon plus three or four times but happens is The money transfer is successful in their a/c but recharge gets failure.
Now they keep the money on the portal which they say the money refunded.
Money will be their on the site but these greedy people will njot refund the money in your bank a/c.

how cheep the motive of the company.
never ever us the site.

Oh common, there is a option of “refund to bank”. Open your eyes before defaming any company. I am glad to be a paytm customer and they have awesome service.

Paytm clearly states they return failed recharges to Paytm Cash and not to bank account. You are allowed to transfer from Paytm Cash to your bank account with a single click. It is therefore wrong to accuse Paytm of following unfair practices.

I am a happy Paytm customer since they came into existence and any recharge issues were always graciously resolved by their team.
