India’s National telecom backbone and Pan-India 3G mobile service operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) today announced that it will launch much awaited 3G mobile and data services in Gujarat telecom circle by June.
Mr. Satya Pal, Chief General Manager (CGMT), BSNL Gujarat Telecom Circle said “We will start the commercial 3G Mobile Services including, Live TV, Video on Demand (VoD), Movie downloads via BSNL Live services and video calling facility on BSNL mobile phones initially in Ahmedabad city with in a month.
Presently the core UMTS/3G network is live in various parts of Ahmedabad City including Kalupura Railway station area. The existing BSNL or MTNL 3G subscribers from other telecom circle can access BSNL 3G services by selecting UMTS network while roaming in Gujarat telecom circle.
BSNL 3G Services will provide high quality multimedia features like video calling, high speed Internet browsing through Mobile phone/Data Cards and also subscribers can enjoy Live Mobile TV, Video SMS, & VoIP services on our 3G Compatible mobile phone.
Recently BSNL crosses One Million 3G GSM Mobile and Data service subscriber mark and offers it next generation 3G services in more than 434 cities across India except Western Zone.

I’ll advise you guys think twice thrice before buying BSNL 3g its one of the rubiest service provider in india as we know its more than costlier it would be better to wait for private company like DOCOMO and Vodafone

abhi jo halat hai usme to 3 mbps speed milna mushkil hai..
par haan broadband mein mil jata hai..256 to link speed hai… actual download speed maximum 1/8 hota hai uska.

are boss sirf baate hi karoge ya 3g launch bhi karoge ? or amdbd me launch hone ke baad hamare chote city me aate aate or 2 saal lag jaye ge. or jo ye aap 3mbps ki baat kar rahe ho wo dete bhi ho ya nahi ? brodband me 256 batate ho or dete ho bahut kam speed
