Vodafone Essar, one of India’s leading GSM Mobile service providers, in its endeavour to launch exciting and innovative propositions for a Faster, Smarter and Better 3G mobile experience for its discerning customers, today announced the launch of yet another Vodafone Sharing Dock R101- a unique mobile Wi-Fi device in India.

The Vodafone's 3G Sharing Dock allows to share a USB Stick 3G Mobile Broadband network connection between Multiple WiFi enabled devices.




To Share 3G Mobile Internet connection with your colleagues just plug in your dongle and the connection is then shared between up to four 3G phones, netbooks or laptops. It is easy to use and secure, including advanced router security options and is WPS enabled for Vista and Windows 7.

Priced at Rs.5999, Vodafone R101 3G Sharing Dock is the 2nd innovative 3G product introduced by the company in India after the R201- MiFi Device to provide customers with an advantage of connecting and communicating on-the-go.

Vodafone R101 3G Sharing Dock- Product Details :

The Vodafone 3G Sharing Dock is an accessory for Vodafone Mobile Broadband 3G Data Card (USB Stick), and allows several WLAN-enabled devices (for example PCs, mobile gaming devices, digital music players) to share a secure mobile Internet connection. The Sharing Dock allows you to position your USB Stick for best mobile coverage, and then shares this coverage between devices via WLAN.

The Sharing Dock can be used with many Vodafone Mobile Broadband USB Sticks too.The device will be set up automatically based on the settings in your SIM,but if you need to modify a setting for your specific circumstances, then all changes are available from the device management page.

System Requirements :To use the Vodafone Mobile Broadband Sharing Dock you need a Vodafone Mobile Broadband USB Stick, a device with WLAN capability (supporting WiFi 802.11 b/g/n) and an Internet browser.
