Telenor revises its app and mobile site with new features

Telenor India has revised its app with new features, making the services more seamless for the subscribers. With the new app, Telenor customers can recharge without registrations, inquire about their balance, get customized offers and plans, view last five transactions, and manage multiple Telenor accounts. Telenor app is free to download and there is no data charges on the activities done through the app.

Commenting on the launch of new app, Upanga Dutta, Chief Marketing Office, Telenor (India) communications said, “With this launch, Telenor India stays committed to its promise of simplifying and enriching lives of its digital savvy customers and making their experience ‘full paisa vasool’. The all new Telenor app has been designed to empower our customers to manage all their Telenor services effortlessly and digitally. The app offers ease of use and convenience to our customers by rendering unparalleled digital experience.”

To assist the regional customers, the app also comes in multilingual version. This will be launched later this year. Besides the app, Telenor has also redesigned its mobile site.

Telenor India has commercial operations in UP (West), UP (East), Bihar (including Jharkhand), Andhra Pradesh (including Telangana), Maharashtra (including Goa) and Gujarat. It has over 53 million subscriptions from the six circles. Telenor is the 4th largest operator both in revenue and customer market share in these areas.
