Tata teleservices managed to bag spectrum in 800MHz band in key circles of Maharashtra, Mumbai and Andhra Pradesh where its licences are coming up for renewal in 2018 to ensure continuity of services without interruption.

Tata had not been allowed to bid for spectrum in the circles where it does not possess any in a particular band on account of negative net worth.
