Tata Docomo has launched a new service called as ‘SimplySwap’ which is launched initially in Hyderabad. This service will enable the Tata Docomo users to swap their handset for a newer one within 90days. This buyer protection service will let Tata Docomo postpaid users to return their device and swap for a similar brand or model device without giving any reason and most importantly the device will be delivered within a Span of 48-72 hours at your doorstep.

Currently Tata Docomo has on offer a platter of 500 devices from 30 brands with the devices spread evenly across all the price spectrums. A customer is needed to sign up for this service within 90 days after purchasing a new handset. The consumers once enrolled can simply call to 040-66066141 and request for a new handset. The best thing is Tata Docomo allows you to do so twice in an entire year.




This service has two billing modes one being the monthly fee of Rs89 plus a swap fees of Rs 400. Docomo doesn’t put a cap on how old your device is and all the swapped device come with 6 months of warranty. The Swap fees however differs for phones of different segments with the lowest being Rs400. If you have bought a new device and are a Tata Docomo subscriber then rush to your nearest Tata Docomo shopee and register yourself for the program.
