With the recent hike in service tax has now made operators to take tough decision on its tariffs, data packs and rate cutters which is now impacting on customers with marginal hike in its tariffs.
Tata Docomo has recently hiked its data pack pricing from Rs 3- Rs 5 on all its 2G data pack starting 9th may 2012.The increase in data pack is not the only thing what Tata Docomo has done its has also realigned its data pack according to the industry par with the reduction in data also.
The data pack what Tata Docomo is offering is still the best in industry Ex: 1Gb 2G data pack in airtel, Vodafone or idea would cost around 95-98, where in tata docomo the plans are available at starting Rs 49 which is almost 50% less than the other operator and no changes has been done with One day pack.
The new Tata Docomo GPRS pack will be as per the below table.
