BSNL is about to come with Best Value Plan for postpaid 3G subscribers. In an endeavor to provide an exclusive, affordable and dedicated 3G and 2G Mobile telecommunication services, Pan India 3G mobile service operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) today slashed its unlimited 2G GPRS and 3G offer.
