Indian telecommunications service provider Reliance Jio has launched the JioTag Go, which the company claims is India's first Android tag. JioTag Go is a sleek, compact asset tracker that helps you locate and track valuables like keys, ID cards, wallets, purses, luggage, pets, and other items prone to being misplaced or lost. Simply put, JioTag Go is a Bluetooth-enabled lost-and-found tracker that makes tagging and locating your personal belongings easy.

How JioTag Go Works?
According to Jio, JioTag Go works with Google's Find My Device Network app, enabling billions of Android users worldwide to help locate your JioTag Go. The tag continuously emits secure Bluetooth signals that can be detected by other Android devices, with the updated location shared with the user via the Google Find My app. Enabling "Lost Mode" notifies the user automatically when the tag is detected within Google's Find My Device Network.
JioTag Go Pricing
JioTag Go is available at a special launch price of Rs 1,499, which is a 50 percent discount from the original price of Rs 2,999. The tag comes with a one-year warranty, a replaceable CR2032 battery with up to one year of battery life, an additional battery, and a lanyard. It features a 120 dB built-in speaker to help locate items, Bluetooth v5.3 connectivity, and does not require a SIM card to function.
Availability
The smart tracker, weighing 77 g, is designed with privacy and security in mind, featuring Unknown Tracker Alerts, Jio said on its website. Available in four colours, JioTag Go can be purchased at Reliance Digital, Amazon, JioMart, and Digital Life stores.

Jio initially launched the JioTag at Rs 749, followed by an upgrade with the JioTag Air, introduced in July 2024 for Rs 1,499. The JioTag Air works with Apple's Find My Network and the JioThings app.
