This Friday, PUBG Mobile, will get new 0.15.5 update for both Android and iOS users. The PUBG Mobile 0.15.5 update will bring new features alongside setting the stage for Royale Pass Season 10. Tencent Games has confirmed that the 0.15.5 update will add new map called 'The Ruins' for the Team Death Match Mode. To recall, Team Death Match Mode was rolled out a few months ago with just one map called 'The Warehouse.' The game maker already confirmed the Royale Pass Season 10 would begin on November 9 with new outfits, weapon skins, gun skins and more. So the 0.15.5 update rollout will begin on November 8 and the Royale Pass Season 10 will begin a day later on November 9. For the players who update to 0.15.5 version in the first week of the rollout, the company will send them exclusive rewards.

PUBG Mobile 0.15.5 Update: What to Expect

Just a few weeks ago, PUBG Mobile received a major update in the form of 0.15.0 which brought several new features to the game. The 0.15.5 update will be a minor one and it will also be an in-game update, unlike the 0.15.0 update which was a Play Store update. The 0.15.5 update will come with a new map for the Team Death Match Mode and it's called 'The Ruins.' Going by the official image posted by the company, players will likely be spawned in the Ruins location in Sanhok map. And it's also said the new map will be bigger than the current Warehouse map.

Furthermore, the new update is also said to bring a new submachine gun called 'MP5K.' The new weapon will make use of 9mm ammunition and will have a high fire rate similar to UMP9 that now uses .45cp ammo. Having said that, the MP5K weapon will be available only in Vikendi map and it will not replace any other weapon in the map.

As mentioned, the 0.15.5 will be a minor update and it will also set the stage for Royale Pass Season 10. The update will arrive on November 8 and it's expected to weigh less than 200MB in size.

Royale Pass Season 10 for PUBG Mobile: What to Expect

PUBG Mobile will enter its tenth season later this week as the company is all set to roll out the Royale Pass Season 10. The Royale Pass Season 10 will bring new outfits, new weapon skins & new vehicle skins which players will have to redeem the rewards by purchasing the Royale Pass. The Season 10 Royale Pass is also said to come in two premium variants- Elite and Elite Plus, priced at 600 UC and 1800 UC, respectively. However, there will be a free version available for players as well with which they can earn rewards up to RP50 rank. The premium Royale Passes will allow players to reach up to 100 RP.

Other Royale Pass Season 10 benefits may include a new Kar98K skin, new M249 machine gun skin and so on. The new Royale Pass is said to be based on 'Fury of the Wasteland,’ similar to Mad Max, so we're expecting some exclusive Mad Max themed gun skins and outfits to be made available in PUBG Mobile as well. Before the Royale Pass Season 10 and 0.15.5 update rollout, Tencent Games will take the servers of the game for maintenance. The Season 9 Royale Pass is ending tomorrow, so if you're yet to finish the Royale Pass ranks, then finish them at the earliest to earn the rewards.
