Global mobile subscriber base rises to 7.2 Billion in Q2 2015, India standing strong at 985 Million

FY 2016 Q1 results DTH operators make more profit than MSOs

In Q1 of FY2016, MSO players see a not-so-ideal quarter as profits slipped. BSNL to recover full market price for damaged ONT device at the time of FTTH surrender

BSNL has issued a circular stating that in the case of surrendering of FTTH connection, it is the subscriber's responsibility to ensure that the Optical Network Termination (ONT) device or the fiber modem is returned to the exchange in fully working condition.
