It is worth noting that JioPhone’s 2 cost is Rs 2,999 and Jio will be charging a Rs 99 delivery charge for shipping the phone to your doorstep, therefore making the total cost Rs 3,098. After you’ve logged into the site before the sale starts you will need to enter your pin code to check whether or not the device will be deliverable in your city. Once the order of the phone is successfully placed, JioPhone 2 will be delivered to you in 5 to 7 days. The JioPhone 2 sports a 2.4-inch QVGA display with 320 x 240 pixels resolution and comes with cat.4 LTE support for download speeds of 150Mbps on both LTE (Band 3,5,40) and 2G (900/1800). The RAM on this phone is 512MB, and it comes paired with 4GB of storage expandable up to128GB via microSD card.
The phone runs on KaiOS and also offers Bluetooth, FM radio, Wi-Fi, VoWi-Fi, GPS, and NFC. There is also a voice assistant, 2MP rear camera and a 0.3MP front camera with support for video recording and video calling.
