Jio Added Almost 7 Lakh Wireline Users in August 2024: TRAI Data

Reliance Jio lost about 4 million wireless users in August 2024, but at the same time, the telco added about 7 lakh wireline users. While 7 lakh or 0.7 million doesn't sound too big, in the wireline segment, it is a lot. Comparatively, Bharti Airtel and Tata Tele added 33,000 and 24,000 wireline users.
