dth indiaMSOs have been trying very hard to lure consumers with their attractive channel packages and low base price. They have also started offering add-on channel packs so that subscribers pay only for what they use. Hathway has been leading when it comes to Digital cable and the packages start from as low as Rs.100 and extends all the way up to Rs.250 for the premium package that offers 194 channels.

Siti Cable has been proactive MSO in Bangalore and they have a decent customer support. The packages start from Rs.100 and the Grand Package costs Rs.267 which offers a whopping 235 channels. Indigital has also followed identical pricing strategy and the Platinum pack costs a staggering Rs.285 and offers 238 channels. Pricing wise almost all the MSOs are same but what matters is the after sales support.

I had been using Hathway and found their complaint resolve window to be big at 1-2 days in case of a major complain. Siti Cable seems to be ramping their support as they are usually known to get the issues solved within the end of the day.
