BSNL to launch new 4 Mbps Broadband Plan PAN India

India's national ISP, BSNL will be launching a new broadband plan that offers 4 Mbps download speed at a monthly price of Rs. 1275 from 15 May 2014. As we reported yesterday, Airtel’s 3G services are live in non 3G circles through ICRA. We noted that the circle specific 3G tariffs cost 40% more than 3G circles for prepaid customers.
