HTC today announced the launch of HTC Touch Diamond 2 phones for Indian consumers. One of the latest features that the Diamond 2 contains is the HTC Push Internet feature. It’s designed to ease slow downloading and rendering of Web pages on a mobile phone.
Users can now preselect their favorite websites to get immediate access to them when needed another remarkable feature is the new people centric communication approach, providing a single contact view that displays the individual conversation history of contacts whether voice, text or email were used this can be viewed from the contact card or the in call screen during a phone conversation.
The HTC Touch Diamond 2 incorporates HTC’s latest Touch FLO 3D interface running on Windows Mobile 6.1 OS as part of this improved Windows Mobile integration the focus areas have been enlarged to be more finger touch friendly.
Other features include a 3.2-inch widescreen with a 480 x 800 pixel resolution display , touch sensitive zoom bar for faster zooming of Web pages, 5 mega-pixel auto focus camera, gravity and an ambient light sensor,3G, Wi-Fi, EDGE, Bluetooth with A2DP.The new HTC Touch Diamond 2 will be available at a Market Operating Price of Rs. 29,990 at all leading HTC Authorized Resellers across the country.
