Tata Docomo Celebrates 1Million Fans On Facebook With Double Talktime

The launch of brand Tata DOCOMO marked a significant milestone in the Indian telecom landscape.

Seen as the game changer in the telecom market,Tata DOCOMO is one of the first Indian brands to take the Social Media Marketing route and make its impact on popular social networks such as Facebook,Twitter, Orkut and YouTube.

Tata DOCOMO has quickly reached to the pedestal of becoming one of the most admired brands on the Internet, in a short span of 18 months. A strong and growing community of more than 1 million fans is engaged with the brand on Facebook alone.

Seems they would like to celebrate this occasion with friends and guess what they have in store for the consumers??? “Tata Docomo Fans” can now celebrate with an “Industry First Double Talktime” offer with Tata Docomo top up recharges for the next 3 days.

Tata DOCOMO users can register for this offer directly from its Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/tatadocomo) and can make the recharges through its website or through any valid Tata Docomo channels.

Talktime will be doubled 7 days after the promotional period ends. Tata DOCOMO Prepay users must keep in mind that only the highest of their recharge values during the promotional period will get doubled.

Thus if a user does 3 recharges of Rs. 50, Rs.100 and Rs.200, he will get double talktime only for the Rs.200 recharge as it is the highest value amongst the three recharges done. ‘Double talktime’ offer is valid only for recharges done upto a maximum of Rs.1, 000.

Iam an unlucky Tata DOCOMO Subsriber.Iam ur fan,Ive registered for ur exclusive double talk time offer through facebook. I Recharged my Docomo no.8015412944 for Rs.500 on 13th January 2011 at 8.30 pm.but unfortunately,till time Ihave not recieved double talk time as you offered for all fans.Can I TAKE IT AS A CHEAT FROM YOUR CO.??

I am an unfortunate prepaid Docomo subscriber. Yesterday afternoon at 12-28, I received a message reading “Hi! YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED Rs 5 FOR TODAY’S MATCH. IT WILL BE AUTO-RENEWAL ON ALL MATCH DAYS. TO UNSUBSCRIBE,DIAL 155223 (TOLL FREE)”
When I repeatedly tried to call this number, I was getting recorded message “The customer you are trying to call is out of reach. Try after some time”. Then I tried to call the customer care 54321 “Divein Voice” here you can only listen to their business offers and no provision to talk to an executive. Each time I called this number, I lost Rs.5-05. On the whole I was cheated over RS.30 by Tata Docomo which is nothing short of Stealing my money. SHAME ON YOU TATADOCOMO. You Bloddy Thugs.So people beware of this unethical practise by this sonafabitch company and MOVE OUT.
