Cheers Mobile Opens First Customer Contact Center In ChennaiCheers Mobile Services today initiated its third customer contact centre in India and the first one in South India in Chennai to further enhance its capabilities.

Through this development, the company will be serving customers across the south zone including the states of Andhra-Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka.

Enabled by state-of-the-art technology, Etisalat DB’s contact center operations offer distinctive features like ‘automated call-back’ in case a customer call gets terminated; ‘schedule a call-back’ which allows customers to schedule calls from the contact centre as per their convenience.
