no BSNL is faltu they dont have any schem they dedus my balance 492 RS at two times
but i using AIRCEL,AIRTEL they give balance in just 24 hours

i am the user of bsnl .i have one power pack in my mobile by which i call bsnl to bsnl at 20p/min .but i also want to recharge sms pack of Rs 30/- cn i do so and enjoy sms.

I m also using BSNL for last 6 year I also feel that Bsnl Provide better service then other.
I used Idea, Airtel, Reliance, Aircel, all are thief they deducted amount from our credit and said apne dhoke se buttun daba diya hoga specally AIRCEL is the biggest cheater,
In the 6 year long period only once BSNL deduct my 25 Rs, wrongly when I complained they give it back to me in 7 days,
no other provide such service only three companies are the Honest in that cases
BSNL, UNINOR, TATA DOCOMO.
I trust only on tht three companies.

actually last time bsnl provides sms pack as 33 rs with 3000 sms per month…thats well better wen compared 30 rs booster. actually bsnl should provide that booster bcos its too bad limited free sms should provide for sms booster after that limitation it can cost 10ps.. if this codn continue obviously customers will buy airtel,vodafone like that

i agree with sudhanshu.bsnl is a standard co. its offers are really good…here they are making us pay at the standard rate for usage..its highly benefitial when compared with other private networks…no other cell networks can challenge bsnl for its network and services provided..We get a good range whereever we go..Bsnl has got the largest coverage..I use both bsnl and another private connection..really without the customers knowledge, they are getting cheated…even in the way of reduction of amount from the balance.. but bsnl is not like that..they tell every thing at the beginning itself..even then bsnl is much much better than any other connections. .

some yr later when sms pack not available then BSNL give us 56rs sms card which provide 250 rs national/local sms.
no one can notice that
and BSNL most of field provide much better packages from others.
i am user of last 15 yrs or bsnl LL and last 5yr of BSNL mobile
and last 2yrs BSNL broadband and some point if we dnt think it provide me much satisfaction than others… Main kahunga BSNL==> Best Hai Mere Liye
who blame to BSNL they can’t handle thier problem easily and not remove easily so in frustration they blame to BSNL……
BSNL give you loang time offers but other give you only short time offers.
only BSNL provide roaming free network in UP. and more offers like night free downloading in very very cheap rates etc. so check and then blame on BSNL.

this pack costs 30 Rs and then local and national SMS @ 10 paisa
so if i send 400 national SMS its going to cost me 40 Rs
So total is 30+40= 70RS
In Aircel I get 400 Local & National SMS free for 39 Rs
so i Save 31 Rs.
