India's National Telecom Backbone and leading telecom operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) today announced that it’s 3G GSM mobile and High Speed Wireless Internet services (Data services) are now available in 44 cities/towns on postpaid and prepaid platform across the West Bengal telecom circle.
The next generation BSNL 3G Mobile and High Speed 3G Wireless Broadband Data services is now available in Durgapur, Haldia, Behrampur, Asansol, Burdwan, Midnapur, Krishnagar, Diamond Harbour, Basirhat, Bangaon, Contai, Bolpur, Tamluk, Suri, Jalpaiguri, Raniganj, Ranaghat, Bishnupur, Bankura, Gangtok (Sikkim), Purulia, Habra, Balurghat, Raiganj, Coochbehar, Alipurduar, Namchi, Mangan, Gazying, Malda, Siliguri, Faraka-NTPC, Mayapur, Jaigaon, Khejuriaghat, Kalimpong, MIT Bishnupur, Singtam, Naybazar, SMIT-Majitar, Bagdogra, Chakda and Kharagpur of West Bengal and Sikkim telecom circle.
Recently BSNL crosses One Million 3G GSM Mobile and Data service subscriber mark and offers it next generation 3G services in more than 434 cities across India.
BSNL 3G services offers High Quality Multimedia services,Live Mobile TV,Video Callings, Video SMS and Wireless Broadband services with speed up to 3.6 Mbps and 7.2 Mbps (depends on device).
