This functionality allows subscribers a swift MBO recharge simply by dialing *123#. In just four easy steps subscribers can avail customized tariff plans best suited to their needs.
This offer provides users the benefit of Customer Self Care at *123# by eliminating the need for menu change. A text message is sent to the subscriber informing them of best offers available to them across data, talk time and tariffs. The interface of the entire offer is available on text messaging; however Tata Docomo retailers are also available to personally cater to customer queries.
