Too little for the asking price; no wonder Samsung’s profit is driven more by component supplies than their device sales…
They will lose more market share in mid-range segment soon enough…

Sandeep the processor in A8+ is actually a bit worse than C9 Pro. At this price the C9 Pro is still the best phone from Samsung if you exclude Infinity Display and Dual Selfie Cameras.

But procesor is not the only thing to consider, right???
If we see the features, than A8+ is better and newer than C9 pro…
Also it has IP68 rating…

Sandeep I forgot one more point, C9 Pro has Cirrus Logic Hi Fi audio codec and DSP algorithms which delivers excellent quality irrespective of audio player.

The A8+ delivers the same DSP processing without the Cirrus Logic hifi chip….

So C9 PRO has a couple of features A8+ doesn’t and vice versa….

The image quality of both phones is so similar you won’t really be able to tell the difference… Samsung pay and Bixby is a big deal but again is considered more of an enthusiast hobby IMHO. Face unlock is now backported to C9 Pro as well… OTOH c9 pro actually has dual led flash on the rear cam. But a8+ supports couple more LTE bands. The reason Samsung… Read more »

It’s not selling well nikhil, sales are under expectation since the a8+ is not really different from c9 pro.

That’s why Samsung has introduced 5000 cashback from paytm to boost sales on this model.

Well, Except for flagships, I have never been a Sammy enthusiast; Sammy doesn’t even stop the older models; one can see a no. of 2014-15 models still present on E-Commerce websites to fool the people who aren’t much abreast in tech; Also, am always more interested in budget segment bcoz unlike you people, I don’t earn even a single penny right now, am still in college; So any big Flagship means I need to ask more money from my parents since am habitual to changing phones every now and then… Also, there is a total vaccum in 30-40k market after… Read more »
