Ericsson to buy Abentel to enhance fiber services offering

Ericsson and Abentel, an Abengoa subsidiary, have entered an activities transfer agreement, under which Abentel's assets, projects and employees will be transferred to Ericsson. The transfer and integration of Abentel's business - including approval from Spanish competition authority -is expected to be completed during Q3. Airtel-Aircel spectrum trading deal gets nod from Telecom Ministry: Report

Telecom Ministry has reportedly cleared the Rs 3,500-crore 4G spectrum trading deal between India's leading telecom carrier Bharti Airtel and Aircel.
