600 is out of question as they already own 700, they might go with 1400 for a new 5g frequency.
Might be because of the trial period, not officially launched yet.
Due to it's NSA nature, network can't properly determine if it's 4G network or 5G since primary band is compulsory…
But there is no news of any new auction.
