BSNL LAUNCHES 3G SERVICE

BSNL on Sunday launched its third generation mobile services in the country from Chennai offering lots of goodies like live TV high speed mobile broadband movie downloads 3G services comes with  three monthly subscription options of Rs 350, Rs 650 and Rs 1,350 for prepaid subscribers. RBI BANS USE OF CELL PREPAID BALANCE FOR SHOPPING!

Reserve bank of India has banned use of mobile phone balances for shopping purposes. According to RBI mobile prepaid card balances cannot be used as an option to currency other than to purchase mobile contents ringtones and talk time.If allowed it will impact the monetary policy. DATACOM signs MoU with Huawei for GSM rollout

MyToday SMS service has run into yet another blockade this time from Vodafone.Vodafone has blocked the short code 575758 so that subscribers can’t request or receive sms from 575758.
