TATA DOCOMO GSM LAUNCH

Tata today announced its much awaited GSM service under the brand name DOCOMO in Southern Part of India DoCoMo is predominantly a CDMA player though its co branding initiative with Tatas is for GSM services though the launch was expected  in May but that didn’t happen.

The GSM operations will be commercially launched from south India by end of June followed by the western and northern regions by this launch Tata Tele service has become the second service provider after Reliance offering both GSM and CDMA service under the dual technology policy of the government.
