Compare to Vodafone 3G BSNL cellone is offering powerful coverage in Goa state with affordable call rates if its concern to voice or video calls. BSNL Best hai Goans ke liye, Almost sites of BSNL shared by Vodafone to improve their own network coverage in Rural part of Goa state. Still they are not able to cover 100% remote areas like BSNL.
