Can u tell me the details procedure how to make complain against telecom operator for unfair balance deduction. Tell me the details procedure in pg portal. I heard about this site but i could not lodge complain there

Its not clear whether this offer is applicable only in Tamil Nadu circle and not for rest of India. Please mention it clearly.

You do not know the other (worst) side of uninor, Tamilnadu. They will make your main balance ZERO if it is above Rs.50. I got 2 SIM with Rs.50 talkvalue in each SIM. I made some calls and the balance was Rs.45 approx. Then I did not use it (both the SIM) for one month. Then I put those SIM in my mobile and saw that full balance got deducted. They refunded only in 1 number only after complaining in PG portal. They refused to refund the amount in my second SIM. Do not buy uninor. Fraud operator.

Nice offer. There is lack of tower in tamil nadu but service and offers are excellent.

They are searching for a new partner except UNITECH and they eagerly want to continue their business in India.Bcz,they know,that,The Indian Telecom market is the coal of Platinum. They are most aggressive player in the Indian Telecom Industry right now.They have not their towers in all places(mostly rural areas).But where their tower exist,it is just superb.And,If they can win all spectrum through auction,they may be the Leader of Telecom department replacing AIRTEL in all aspects after 5yrs.they know their business well and do not loot the customers like AIRTEL/VODAFONE.
I am using UNINOR from the very 1st day it launched in KOLKATA.I have no complain still now.I am a student.

For use this facility you need another one BSNL connection, to call the other party to came under one uninor tower may located at any lucky town area.

About 2 weeks back MTS launched the same offer .
Free MTS to MTS on Sundays.
Its good other operators are also started adopting this strategy.

Telenor had already written down all its assets in India, may be it wants to attract customers and earn as much as possible before its license gets expired.

Uninor k towers 10-12 different places par lagey huye hai Haryana mein par Ambala mein nahi hai signal inka. Jin areas mein signal aata hai waha company prepaid sim cards bhi bech rahi hai. Mere ek friend ne bhi le rakha hai sim kyunki uske town mein signal aata hai, woh bata raha thaa ki network signal mast hai Uninor ka. Abhi sirf voice call hi kar sakte hai aur voice quality top ki hai. Woh toh hogi hi kyunki uske town mein 15-20 customers hi honge. talktime recharges minimum 100 ka karana padta hai usme 110 ka tt milta hai.
Usne toh SIM card special number ke liye le liya ki baad mein port kara lega agar company bandh ho gayi. Number bhi VIP hai last 5 digits 00007. Main bhi leke aayunga uske town se.
