Tata Docomo Photon Plus - EVDO Rev A based wireless broadband services has been introduced to Panipat, as the first city of Haryana to get Photon+ services.
This is much delayed roll out of Photon+ in Haryana as MTS MBlaze is already present in the circle for more than 2 years, even Tata Docomo's 3G/HSPA+ services are also live in more than 10 cities of Haryana
Now people who are from Panipat can buy Tata Docomo Photon+ and get high speed internet on the go at upto 3.1Mbps downlink and upto 1.8Mbps uplink.Also Photon+users can roam in Haryana and can get high speed internet at Panipat.Until now only Tata Photon Whiz service which provides speed upto 153.6Kbps was available.
Initially the services has been made available to Panipat city only and soon more cities will be covered under EV-DO network.
Currently Tata Docomo offers the Photon+ USB device/dongle at Rs 1199 and there are various first recharge options like 1GB/6GB data for Rs 125/Rs 300 FRC, data will be valid for 30 days.There are limited and unlimited (with FUP) plans for regular use.Tata Docomo Photon users can call toll free number 1800-266-121 for more details.
