Tata Docomo Launches USSD Based Customer Service Platform

Continuing its innovative best offers in telecom industry, Tata Docomo, India’s fastest growing telecom operator has come up with a new USSD based customer service portal for its prepaid mobile phone subscribers.

The solution is a self-service system that allows Tata Docomo Mobile Service users to quickly access services and information on their mobile handset just few clicks away.

By entering a short-code (*191#) in their phone, users are provided with a simple text menu which provides fast and direct access to various operator services such as  Balance inquiry, Account Validity, Service Points, Last 3 Recharge history, Status of free usage.     its totally fraud USSD based service i tried *191# selected 5 for last 3 recharge histories but its showing old data last 1 month back recharge history not showing before day or current day recharge history…

    its totally fraud service ….. its better to go for BSNL service … this tata docomo people not sending recharge alert messages also once after make SPL recharge packs through tata docomo online recharge portal ….
    totally fraud service ….. their juice up packs 1 pais/ 2 secs not working

    all the people go for BSNL its a reliable service … otherwise unclaimed balance deducting from tata docomo services…

    To speak customer care Representative service only working once for tata docomo services ….. later deactivating … simply saying emails us… thats all……
    beware about fraud service and avoid this tata docomo service

    docomo is very worse in activating special packs which customer has not activated but it gets automatically activated

    Easy..easy..Just note down c/care,nodal & applt officers AND TRAI’S mail id from the network’s website. write your detailed grievance.send it to all.lastly don’t forget to mention “COPY TO: TRAI” Then see yourself how fast things move.

    Similar to Selfcare System *121# of Airtel and *333# of Reliance GSM. Only thing, the options offered by Docomo is a bit more than Airtel but Reliance has several more options including Gallery, Coverage,etc…

    WTF…. The worst service i have ever seen from past 2 monts in Karnataka and till now no use of it. start/stop service is a fake service. No customer care support in karnataka a person can call CC only once and in my number i cant call them from 10 days. Nodal officer doesn’t receive the call and useless nodal. Sending e mail is waste. Finally no support at all.
    F**kin service and big cheaters. every thing TATA’s start will be hit first and then there will be no foot prints of them at all in later days like indicom, vergin ect ect. now ther are too many mis activations.

    Right, Docomo Karnataka customer care are useless. They dont know anything about their offers or even to speak good english. The nodal officer always switched off his mobile> WTF this is. FRUSTUATED

    A good and Informative Service.. Wish operator like Aircel will introduce this soon.!

    Currently i enjoy USSD Recharges of all Rate Cutters, Pocket Internet Card, SMS card from mobile via *122#
