@Agnivo
You said about the Backbone n/w of reliance… Thats the reason why I said MTS can never beat reliance…
Further Reliance offers are also not bad comparing to MTS… MTS can never match any one ROAMING offer of reliance.. The high ARPU roaming users are more in BSNL and RCDMA only…
Atleast for five years, MTS can NEVER beat Reliance for sure…

@Saurav
MTS is hopeful of going pan India by first half of 2010…

@Prasath J
Well, I don’t see any reason why they can’t… Reliance is in the game for many years and it has established itself regarding reach, network, backbone connectivity… for any company there is a point of saturation… the more you grow, the more are internal mismanagements and you shrink…
So, MTS, a new provider and with very good strategy can really rock the scene in the coming years, who knows? Personally, I know a lot of people who have taken up MTS (even buying a CDMA handset for it), well it could have been better if were GSM but the game doesn’t stop… many would also port to them when MNP comes… and now we see good CDMA handsets coming in the market.

Whish u have very good luck in Haryana, like Kolkata.
Agnivo January 1, 2010 at 4:44 pm
Best of luck MTS…! However, seems like the 1p/2sec offer is not being rolled into new circles permanently; like in Kolkata we have lifetime 1p/2sec local @ 95 FRC.
