The store was inaugurated by Mr. Atul Joshi, Chief Sales Officer, SSTL and Mr. Sanjay Bahl, Chief Operating Officer, Delhi NCR & Haryana, SSTL. MTS now possesses an impressive chain of 450 Branded Retail Stores in India .
Located at Old Railway Road in Gurgaon, the store aims at catering to the needs of customers while enhancing convenience and making their experience with MTS enjoyable.

MTS is expanding but very slowly & that’s the mantra for success in Telecom for new operators, don’t look for high numbers, make a avarage strong customer base & then expand like hell. But nowadays any new operator coming does not follow the same & ultimately loose their brand position like Tata Docomo, which initially came up with revolutionary per second plan but what now?? Since other operators did the same, They have not been able to bring anything new. Focus of Telecom Operators should be Customer Satisfaction which is diluting gradually……
