IDEA Cellular Launches Cash Back Offer On 3G Dongles

To promote 3rd Generation data services Idea Cellular, leading 3G operator of the country has brought a very special offer to provide more than 100% cash back with long term committed customers.

Idea cellular brings four 3G devices, and withdraws old Netsetter (Huawei E1550) model. New range of Idea Netsetter USB modems includes Huawei E153, E1732 and E367 which are priced for Rs 1400, Rs 1550 and Rs 3499 respectively.

HSDPA device E153 supports upto 3.6 Mbps d/l & 1.8 Mbps u/l. While HSPA dongle E1732 supports 7.2 Mbps d/l & 5.76 Mbps u/l and HSPA+ dongle E367 supports 21.6 Mbps d/l & 5.76 Mbps u/l. The forth device of Idea Netsetter range is Huawei E5 which is a portable wireless router, supports both 2G and 3G network.

E5 can support upto 7.2 Mbps downlink and 5.76 Mbps uplink. It also has a built in microSD slot. This little sleek portable router can offer hotspot network for around 4 hours with its internal battery power. Idea E5 is priced at Rs 5100.

With HSPA device E1732 Idea offers more than 100% cashback offer if the customer opts postpaid 3G netsetter plans and stick for 20 bill cycles. The customer will get Rs 100 discount on each bill for 20 bill cycles i.e. total cashback Rs 2000 (20 X Rs 100).

dear sir,i tried idea netsetter simcard in my vodafone data card i not able to get download speed,there is no problem in connection also there is no error message come but only problom is there is no page loaded including google.but try the sim in my idea net setter there is no problem.please reply me any possible with using vodafone netsetter.

I am fed up with idea service. from when i bought idea netsetter e1732 i could not use it for a single minute…i called customer care they r saying unlock this device frst then after unlocking it is not working again..then customer care is saying go to service centre again..and also saying u can only use single idea sim bundeled with this….there is no proper service centre also..idea is doing cheat with its customer….

I think idea should close all idea outlets in Kolkata. None of the officials have any idea about any plans. My frnd wanted to port his Docomo no to idea & he wanted per sec plan. But the official told per sec plan isn’t available for port in customers. Port in customers will be offered per minute plan only. So I contacted idea helpline & they said we offer per sec plan for that u need to Recharge with FRC 3. So I told the official but he was least bothered and said we don’t offer per sec plan that’s it. And when i inquired about 45Rs 3G paper voucher which idea is promoting on their website for a longtime isn’t available anywhere. I inquired about this voucher a month ago but till now it’s not available. So idea should also remove this 3G voucher from their website because it’s of no use because it isn’t produced. And this experience isn’t from single idea store.

I have taken idea connection few days ago. Right now m using loc/std @40p plan. Could u tell me the recharge amount to migrate all @50p (loc/std/roaming) ? Website is showing frc price. But what about existing customers?
