Aircel, India’s 5th largest GSM mobile service operator comes with a special Night Calling plan to enthrall its prepaid customers with “Never Before Tariff” in Assam telecom circle.
Aircel introduces ‘Night Rate Cutter Pack’ which cost Rs.39 to make calls to any local Aircel number at Rs.1 for 30 minutes between night hours (11 pm to 7 am).
With the rechange of Aircel Night Rate Cutter Pack, its Prepaid customer can enjoy Half an Hour long talk just at Rs.1 to any local Aircel number while all other local and STD calls to any network across India will be charged just at 50 paisa/minute.
The Night calling/Rate Cutter comes with the validity of 30 days from the date of recharge.

4 me i was not satisfied wid d night calling pack of aircel………it was almost revolting when it didnt work at night even after going through all the requirement…………….

Yes Idea has Re.1 for 30 minutes but its giving only Night Tariff. Aircel is offering the same at 39 (even in Mumbai) with both Day & Night tariff.

better is RCOM RC 27 for unlimited onnet night calls free for 1 month (11PM-7AM)
also AIRCEL RC 39 in kolkata unlimited onnet night calls for 7 days (11PM-8AM)

Yes you are right. I think only one operator is going to get Pan India Spectrum other two or three slots will be shared by different operators according to their customer base in that particular circle. For Ex:-Idea-MP, MH, Vodafone:-Guj, Aircel:-TN. Aircel can waste all its money for TN Circle. Lets see what happens. @Avi H

Aircel has infracture sharing agreement wit BSNL. so wherever there s BSNL tower ter Aircel has also fixed its equipments. Still they have not covered all t towns covered by BSNL but it is going on. Aircel may cover 40-50% of karnataka bcos Airtel which has got widest coverage in state claims tat it has covered 83% of state… still aircel is not present in villages

Quite costly dont knw abt other operators terrifs in assam but it will become flop if they launch in karnataka bcos Vodafone give free unlimited calls @44rs & idea unlimited i-i calls day n nite @199 Airtel 1re for 20mins but its for 17rs. Aircel cme up wit some free calling plans bcos our state is very competative one
