Xolo, the premium manufacturer of budget smartphones has just launched a new device, the Q1200 for Rs 13,999 to take on the Moto G which has taken the sub Rs 15,000 smartphone market by storm. It has been launched with a slew of software gimmicks such as gesture controls, voice controls, dual windows and double tap to wake-up which offer a decent amount of functionality too.
