Tata Docomo Partners With TelecomTalk To Offer 24×7 Live SupportLeaders in innovation for telecom sector have now joined hands with the leading telecom portal in India to move one more step in redefining support for users.

Tata Docomo India's youngest successful telecom operator has redefined customer experience through new schemes and support levels had introduced "Live Chat" platform which offers real time query resolution to customer's issues.




Tata Docomo’s yet another unique Live Chat service provides a refreshingly different telecom experience to its GSM customers. The new service designed to help customers wherein its customer care executive will chat with website visitors in real time and have their questions answered instantly. The Live Chat service will be available 24×7 and also allows to share files during the chat session to the executive.

The Live Chat tools also enabled Tata Docomo’s existing or prospective subscribers to submit their query for a new connection by giving their details.When users submit their query or details, they will get a chat window and a customer service executive will be online to resolve the query or issue in real time.

In its unique partnership, TATA DOCOMO will extend this service to the Telecom Talk users on the TT portal making it a value added experience for the users and retaining the initial principle of a one stop portal for dispensing telecom information in India.
