Reliance Jio submits the highest Earnest Money Deposit for upcoming spectrum auction

As per the latest data released by TRAI, Airtel has become India largest broadband service provider. Airtel is also the largest mobile operator in the country. DoT asked to furnish 4G implementation status four and a half years after spectrum allocation

The 4G spectrum had been last allocated almost four and half years ago and this has prompted the CAG to furnish the accurate roll-out status of the 4G technology by the respective entities. The guidelines say that the bidders are expected to roll-out services within 5 years of spectrum allocation. Reliance Jio: 26 banks rush to sign syndicate loan pacts to the amount of $1.5 Billion

Reliance Jio strikes a pact with BSNL for leasing its towers, a good move ?

Reliance Jio Infocomm has signed a pact with the Government owned BSNL allowing them to lease out 4000 mobile towers. BSNL will be charging flat Rs 38,000 per month for a Ground based Tower.
