DCI Commences Construction of Data Center in Seoul, South Korea

Brookfield-owned DCI Data Centers (DCI) has commenced construction of its first data center in Seoul, South Korea, built under a joint venture partnership with Daelim, a South Korean company engaged in real estate, engineering, and construction. Brookfield’s DIT to Acquire ATC India in USD 2 Billion Deal

Data Infrastructure Trust (DIT), an Infrastructure Investment Trust affiliated with Brookfield Asset Management, has inked an agreement to acquire a 100 percent equity stake in American Tower Corporation's Indian operations (ATC India). Brookfield to Acquire Data4 From AXA IM Alts

AXA IM Alts, a global leader in alternative investments, has announced the sale of Data4, one of Europe's largest data centre platforms, on behalf of its clients, to Brookfield Infrastructure. Established in 2006, Data4 operates over 30 Data Centers in France, Italy, Spain, Poland and Luxembourg. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. GIC, Brookfield Infrasturcture Completely Acquire Reliance Jio Tower Portfolio

GIC, a sovereign wealth fund established by the Government of Singapore on Tuesday said that it has acquired a 100% stake in a tower company from Reliance Industrial Investments and Holdings Limited. Brookfield Expects to Close Reliance Jio Tower Acquisition Shortly
