RCom Back With ‘Reliance First’ in Karnataka

After a stupendous success last year, Reliance Communications, (Rcom) is back again with its unique customer engagement program called ‘Reliance First’.

According to RCOM, The main aim of the program is to interact with customers, customers can also use this opportunity to pay their bills, recharge their account, submit their customer application form and in addition, get their CDMA handsets upgraded, serviced etc and discuss any other customer service issues.




As part of Reliance First, an initiative that was started last year (December 2010), the Reliance Communications team will be meeting its customers under one roof in Bangalore, Mysore, and Hubli. It will act as a platform for receiving feedback or understanding the needs of customers and thus enable RCOM to provide unique & innovative services.
