MTNL TO LAUNCH 3G SMART PHONE ON ITS 3G JADOO MOBILE SERVICE

MTNL has decided to launch the various 3G smartphone in all its "3G GSM/WCDMA network" of Mumbai and Delhi acoording to MTNL sources the Expression of Interest (EOI) is floated by MTNL to invite offers from the handset manufacturers who are willing to bundle their 3G handset with "MTNL’s 3G JADOO" mobile services on non-exclusive basis for convenience of the customers on a single window.

MTNL also planed to bundle all that in various pocket friendly options to the customer such as Outright 3G Handset purchase by the Customer and Financing of Bundled 3G handset by Bank /Non-Banking Financial Institution on EMI basis.

 
MTNL's 3G network is based on the UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunications System) technology one of the popular 3G technology used worldwide. The 3G network infrastructure in Delhi and Mumbai has been built with equipments from Motorola. "MTNL's 3G JADOO" is capable of offering advanced services such as video calls, broadband wireless data, faster online video streaming and a better gaming experience due to it fast data transfer rate which can reach up to 2Mbps.
