Airtel in Q3-FY15: Mobile data connection at 42.25M, 3G data connections increase by 92% YoY

Airtel has reported consolidated mobile data revenue of Rs 2,114 crore, up by 74.3% YoY in India, for the quarter ended December 31, 2014. The company has disclosed that the mobile data revenues now contribute more than 85% of the incremental revenues of the company. RIL joins hands with SBI to launch payment bank

Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) announced that it has signed an agreement with State Bank of India (SBI) for payments bank. T24 revises GPRS packs. 1GB data now cost Rs 126

In line with past revisions in data packs by Docomo, T24 has now revised its GPRS offering. Now both Docomo and T24 offer similar packs with T24 offering slightly more data.
